There is no greater compliment for a videographer than being asked to film the wedding of a fellow industry professional. When Meg Duffield – one of Norfolk’s most talented wedding photographers – asked me to capture her day with her husband Martin, I knew it would be a highlight of the season. Set in the heart of Rural Norfolk, their outdoor marquee wedding was the perfect blend of style, sentiment, and a relaxed garden party vibe.
Cinematic Drone Videography in the Countryside The couple chose a stunning private countryside location for their celebration. The marquee provided a blank canvas for Meg’s vision: elegant, natural, and completely effortless. I utilized cinematic drone footage to capture the sweeping views of the landscape and the scale of the setup under the open sky. It was the quintessential English summer wedding, elevated by Meg’s professional eye for detail.
What made this day truly unique was the crowd. Surrounded by fellow wedding suppliers, photographers, and close friends, the atmosphere was electric. It was a day defined by laughter, heartfelt vows in Meg’s parents’ garden, and a busy dancefloor. Meg and Martin wanted a film that reflected that energy: natural, unposed, and full of life. Documenting that energy for a friend and colleague was an absolute joy.
