Lucinda and Zac’s celebration at Holkham Hall was an absolute masterclass in elegant Jewish wedding style. As a North Norfolk wedding videographer and a recommended supplier at the Holkham Estate, I’ve seen this venue transformed many times, but this “Black Tie” event was something truly special. From the emotional ceremony in the iconic Marble Hall to a high-energy “Jam Hot” party in a lakeside marquee, it was a day defined by incredible light, massive energy, and a guest list that didn’t leave the dance floor all night.
The Marble Hall is a cinematic dream, but Lucinda and Zac took it a step further with a bespoke chuppah designed by Constance Rose. Because the ceremony took place on the grand steps, the back legs of the chuppah had to be shortened, a technical challenge that looked magnificent on film.
The Marble Hall Steps: Capturing Lucinda’s descent in her custom Lee Petra Grebenau gown was a highlight. I know exactly where to position my cameras in this hall to capture the scale of the architecture while keeping the focus on the emotional “first look.”
Audio for the Sheva Brachot: With Rabbi Hannah Kingston and seven friends/family performing the blessings, I used a multi-mic setup to ensure every word of the ceremony was recorded with perfect clarity, overcoming the natural echo of the stone.
After the ceremony, guests moved to a stunning Sail & Peg marquee beside the lake. As a Norfolk wedding videographer, I know that marquee lighting can be tricky, but the elegant palette of mauve and gold looked incredible through my cinema lenses.
The Entrance: The couple entered to Lionel Richie’s “All Night Long”—a moment that immediately saw the entire room swinging napkins. It set the tone for the rest of the night.
The Hora: You can’t film a Jewish wedding at Holkham without capturing the energy of the Israeli dancing. Jam Hot Showband kept the energy at a 10. I switched to a handheld, documentary style to get right into the center of the action as Zac and Lucinda were hoisted into the air.
With 25,000 acres to navigate, you need a videographer who knows the grounds. We snuck Lucinda and Zac out into the deer park for a quick portrait session during the North Norfolk golden hour.
Golden Hour Mastery: I know the specific spots in the parkland where the sun hits the long grass to create that “hero shot” for your highlights film.
The “Deer” Factor: Lucinda mentioned that the resident deer actually ate their hydrangea decorations the morning of the wedding! Having filmed here for years, I’m well-versed in the quirks of a working estate.

If you’re looking for a Holkham Hall wedding videographer who understands the traditions of a Jewish ceremony and the technical requirements of filming on this massive estate, I’d love to tell your story.
“We had numerous recommendations to use Browns Films, and seeing their previous work made it a no-brainer for us. On the day, they did such an incredible job of capturing the pure energy of our wedding without ever being intrusive. Watching the film back, it feels like we are reliving the atmosphere of the Marble Hall and that insane party all over again. We couldn’t be happier with how Tom told our story.”
